Yes. The Free tier gives you 2,000 monthly credits and a 10 MB per-file cap — enough for a steady stream of small jobs. Upgrade only when you need bigger files or more volume.
How does pricing actually work?
Each plan ships with a monthly credit bucket. Every operation has a transparent /credits-quote sibling — you see the exact cost in JSON before the run is committed. Unused credits roll over until the end of your billing cycle.
Where is my data processed?
EU and US regions, both running on the same Supabase infrastructure we operate. Data residency follows your workspace's chosen region. Artifacts expire on a per-plan retention window — Free is 2 hours, Pro is 24 hours, Business is 7 days.
Can I use Eazier from my own code?
Yes — every tool in the suite is reachable through the file processing API and the MCP server. Same auth model as the dashboard, same billing, same audit log. No separate developer console to onboard.
What happens if a job fails?
Failed and cancelled jobs do not charge credits. The failure reason lands in your workspace history alongside the successful runs so you can replay with the same idempotency key once you fix the input.
Do you keep my files?
No. Files live inside your workspace and are deleted automatically when your plan's retention window expires. We never share, sell, or train on uploaded content.
