Merge PDF files without bouncing between uploaders, tabs, and export tools.

Eazier gives teams one straightforward path for combining PDFs into a single ordered output while keeping the job close to the broader document workflow.

A simple 3-step path

  • Load the PDFs in the order you want: Start with the exact documents you want combined and keep the job scoped to one output.
  • Run the merge in the managed PDF workflow: Use the current Eazier PDF toolkit flow instead of exporting and recombining documents across separate tools.
  • Download or reuse the final merged PDF: Retrieve the result through the same artifact path used elsewhere in the product.

What you get

  • Drag files into the order you want — the output PDF keeps that exact page order.
  • Every merge run lands in your file history with a signed download link valid through your retention window.
  • When the next step is splitting, rotating, or compressing the merged PDF, it is one click away in the same PDF Toolkit.

Limitations to know

  • Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked before they can be merged.
  • Form fields and digital signatures may be flattened in the merged output.
  • Very large jobs follow your plan's per-file size cap — see pricing for current limits.

Frequently asked

Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge at once?
There is no hard cap on file count. The combined input must fit inside your plan's per-job size cap and your remaining monthly credits.
Are my PDFs uploaded somewhere permanent?
Merge runs on the same engine as every other Eazier tool. Inputs and the merged output live in your file history under the retention window set by your plan, then are removed.
Can I reorder pages before the merge runs?
Yes — drag the file tiles into the order you want and the output PDF will follow that sequence. To reorder pages inside a single PDF, use the rotate/reorder action in PDF Toolkit after the merge.
