Limitations to know

Does the converter handle animated WebP?
Animation isn't preserved — JPG doesn't support multiple frames. The converter keeps the first frame and drops the rest.
What about transparency?
JPG doesn't support an alpha channel. Transparent WebP pixels are composited onto white in the output.
